Registration for our 2019 CSA is closed!!

We are excited to announce our 2019 3-month floral subscription, aka floral CSA (community supported agriculture).  From May through July we will offer weekly flowers available for pickup at hubs in Monticello, FL and Thomasville, GA.  All flowers will be a reflection of the season, and grown on our farm in Monticello.

Pricing:

$70.OO per month, or $210.00 for 3 months.

WHAT IS A  CSA SHARE?

Our floral subscription is based on a Community Supported Agriculture model, or CSA. A CSA provides farmers the upfront income needed to buy the seeds and supplies necessary to have a flower filled season. Members are truly making an investment in our little flower farm, and we are happy to provide them with top quality local flowers.

WHAT IF I AM OUT OF TOWN?

Don’t worry, we allow you to opt out once during the season and we will give you a double order the following week. OR you can always give your flowers to a friend!

WHAT IF I LIVE OUTSIDE OF THE MONTICELLO/ THOMASVILLE AREA?

Shoot me an email at gen@azaleahillfarm.com and we can discuss other options, like delivery for an additional fee.

HOW DOES SIGN UP & PAYMENT WORK? 

Please email me directly at gen@azaleahillfarm.com to reserve your subscription. Space is limited (we are a small farm!), and spots in our CSA with be reserved in the order of emails received.

Once confirmed you will be directed to pay by check or through Pay-pal.
